The SITECH:UA system is a contemporary solution that uses the newest technologies and materials and meets the requirements of European standards for "sustainable development" in construction. The system was developed specifically for the industrial recovery of Ukraine as part of the international 'UA Recovery' platform.
SITECH:UA is the first construction system with sustainable development as its main criterion.
The urgent need to rebuild Ukraine is massive, so the solution to this problem is possible only through the use of industrial construction methods. This allows reducing costs by 1/3 and shortening construction time.
Ukraine's existing construction facilities are mostly non-industrial. The remnants of Soviet house-building plants are outdated and do not meet modern requirements. That is why we have created a new system of industrial construction based on modern technical and technological standards.
SITECH:UA is fundamentally different from the old Soviet series of panel houses and is devoid of their disadvantages.
The SITECH:UA system is based on a post-and-girder frame construction scheme and non-load-bearing self-standing exterior walls, which makes construction flexible and versatile, as well as optimizes the consumption of materials for the construction of houses and the cost of construction.
The SITECH:UA system is flexible and allows for the construction of both 1-2 story private houses and 2-7 story apartment buildings.
It is also possible to build administrative buildings and infrastructure objects such as kindergartens, schools, healthcare facilities, etc.
The SITECH:UA system is protected by a patent owned by UA2GETHER.
