House-Building Factory

The UA2GETHER house-building factory is currently being established. After the launch of production facilities, it will produce and build about one million m2 of two- and five-story residential buildings per year (1.2 million m2/year of total area).

The construction will be financed by international donors through the Ukrainian Toloka International Charitable Foundation and other charitable foundations.

The customers of the houses will be the territorial communities, to which these houses will be transferred free of charge for commissioning and transferring apartments to people who lost their homes as a result of the Russian aggression or to the families of fallen defenders and disabled veterans.

The housebuilding enterprise consists of a production location, ten construction companies and infrastructure support entities.

The Production

The following production facilities are planned for the manufacturing location:

Prefabricated concrete products and ready-mixed concrete will be supplied from local precast concrete plants. This will reduce the transportation distance to 10-40 km.

Construction

The construction network will consist of ten house-building plants. The plants will not have their own production facilities, will not be tied to a specific location, and will move around Ukraine to new sites like harvesters.

These ten plants will be contractors that will actually build 1.2 million m2 of housing per year.

A number of auxiliary service companies will be established within UA2GETHER to support the work of the construction plants:
